Glenn Lafleche is the heart behind Tharrow Crane. With care and hard work, he’s built this humble crane and transport service from the ground up.
Glenn started Tharrow Crane after thinking, “there needs to be a better way”. He knew there was a better way to do business and so, Glenn decided to create his own professional, full-service mobile crane company – with a focus on client satisfaction and on employee well-being. In Glenn’s words he believes that, “…we’re all going to go to work…we should be happy to go.”
A leap of faith toward a client-focused future
In 2014, Glenn and his wife Dana put it all on the line, mortgaging their house to pay for the very first crane truck.
With the close-knit Prince George community backing him, Glenn gathered together a trusted team who shared his passion for quality work and customer service. The team worked hard to provide quality craning and hauling services to the area, surpassing Glenn’s initial five-year plan in just over two years.
These days, Glenn fully believes Tharrow Crane’s commitment to customer satisfaction is the reason for the company’s unbridled success. He continues to push for building around each clients’ needs every day, on every single job.
